My client is looking for a Personal Assistant for a 6 week temporary assignment. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent administration support skills, a helpful attitude and organisation skills.

Key responsibilities include (but not exclusive to)

  • Calendar and meeting room management
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Creating and formatting company documents
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Assisting with setting up meetings and workshops
  • Preparing and submitting expenses
  • Providing administration support where required

To be successful in this role you will be someone who

  • Is highly reliable, punctual and professional
  • Has strong organisational skills with an ability to manage a busy workload
  • Can demonstrate proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Has a highly professional phone manner with the ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels effectively
  • Is trustworthy, reliable and honest
  • Has a positive, hardworking, 'Can Do' attitude
