Stage 1: Application & CV Screening

We begin with a thorough CV screening, where we look for candidates with:

  • 2+ years of experience in their chosen role category
  • Western company experience or experience with a BPO serving western companies
  • A university degree from an English-speaking university

This initial screening sets the stage for our rigorous selection process.

Stage 2: Sapia AI-Based Chat Interview

Next, our candidates undergo a mobile-enabled AI-chat interview that lasts around 20-25 minutes. This innovative interview measures various behavioural attributes crucial for different role types, such as resilience, adaptability to change, and introversion vs. extroversion. It also assesses candidates' English language proficiency in written form. Both the candidate and the client receive a copy of the behavioural insights report. Only those who meet our threshold score advance to the next stage.

Stage 3: One-Way Video Interview

Our candidates are invited to complete a short one-way video interview, featuring four questions,

each lasting around 90 seconds. This step allows candidates to express themselves, share their motivations and workplace experience, and demonstrate their spoken English language proficiency. We also provide this video to our clients as part of every shortlist, offering a sneak peek of each candidate before the interview stage.

Stage 4: 1:1 Interview with Our Talent Team

In the final stage, our Talent Specialists conduct a one-on-one interview with each candidate. This interview validates all the information we've gathered about the candidate so far and ensures their commitment to seizing the next exciting opportunity we present to them.
