With nearly 20 years experience providing recruitment solutions in the NZ market, Karen is building and leading a team of recruiters in Wellington who are professional experts in their markets. As a manager who still enjoys the rigours of recruitment, her day is full with regular contact with hiring managers and candidates, keeping in touch with contractors and temps, having discussions about the movements of our clients and their businesses, staying ahead of hiring intentions, sourcing and approaching candidates, facilitating interviews and managing the lifecycle of placements.

Karen joined Hudson in December 2013. With skills in leading people and operations management, her focus is on ensuring her teams deliver high quality recruitment services, driving the business delivery model towards excellence. Through guiding and developing the skills of her own managers, she has implemented significant change in the structure of the branch and the mechanism used to deliver our services to clients, which has led to the development of a new Practice.
